Proudly featured at the 2019 MCACN, this fully-documented 1967 Yenko Camaro is a true time capsule, clocking only 7,257 original miles. Sold in March of 1968, Yenko fitted this ‘67 with a ’68 hood. It was purchased new for $5,242.08 by John L. Weaver Jr. from Yenko Chevrolet of Cannonsburg, PA, and he owned this car for over 50 years, keeping it in storage since 1973. After Doug Perry purchased the car, he had it restored to the original Nantucket Blue after the original owner painted the car red. Nicknamed Superman, this incredible 427 Super Camaro retains 100% of the original Yenko conversion drivetrain, accessories, body sheet metal, interior, and glass. It even has the original G70-15 Firestone white stripe tires! Adding to its provenance, the car also still retains its original Yenko order form with hand-written specifications with bill of sale. This is the highest-optioned, most expensive Yenko Camaro ever built, and also the last Yenko-built 1967 Camaro! Its number is YS760, where YS stands for Yenko Serial number, 7 for 1967, and 60 for the 60th and last built for the model year.

Fred Mandrick’s unrestored 1968 Oldsmobile 442 W30 Holiday Coupe is a rare 18,000-mile survivor that perfectly captures the raw spirit of American muscle, featuring the top-tier W30 performance package with a 400ci V8 rated at 360 hp, Force-Air Induction, a special Oldsmobile-only camshaft, and revised 455 heads. This pillarless hardtop stuns in factory Code “F” Teal Frost with red 442 stripes and a black vinyl hardtop—an eye-catching combo that’s as bold as it is rare. The W30’s signature red inner fenders and untouched factory quirks make this car a true time capsule, preserving the authentic craftsmanship and imperfections of 1960’s production. As originality becomes more prized among collectors, this Holiday Coupe stands out not just for its power and style, but for its unrepeatable authenticity—Auto World is proud to bring you this piece of muscle car history.

Featured on the cover of Hemmings Muscle Machines is a rare Copper Blaze 1966 Pontiac GTO with a classic black interior. The article showcases Mark Shea’s, passion for classic Pontiac GTOs, and how he acquired his special 1966 hardtop coupe from Ed Centofante, known as ‘Pontiac Ed.’ This GTO was a special-order paint option not listed among the standard colors for 1966. Due to the rarity and history of the car, Mark aimed to elevate this restoration project. The car featured extensive factory options including a Tri-Power engine with automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, and numerous comfort and convenience upgrades. With the help of Joe Dean and Mike Libardi, both longtime Pontiac enthusiasts, the car was meticulously dismantled and restored, down to the finest of details. Auto World is proud to offer this 1:18 scale replica for your collection honoring this incredible restoration.

In 1996, Dennis Herdeman acquired this stunning 1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee from the original owner, which he proudly showcased at the 2022 MCACN car show, earning the prestigious Brad Van Hemert Memorial Award. The Super Bee features a gloss black exterior with a red interior, bench seats, and a Ramcharger hood. Under the hood lives a powerful 383 Magnum engine paired with a 4-speed manual. The car is equipped with black steelies, dog dish hubcaps, and redline tires, complemented by a bold red Bee stripe and dual hood scoops indicating the ram air option.

Rev up your excitement, for this rare 1972 Demon 340 GSS is a true gem. For years, Grand-Spaulding Dodge on 3300 West Grand Avenue in Chicago, IL, had been offering super-tuned Dodge muscle cars. Mr. Norm Kraus became famous across America, promoting their Grand Spaulding Specials in performance car magazines. With insurance premiums squeezing big block performance cars, Mr. Norm adapted by offering special Dodge Demon 340s. For ‘72, they bolted a low-profile Paxton supercharger that boosted the engine to 360 horsepower, creating a 13-second stoplight rocket on stock tires. In 2022, Mecum Auctions offered this car at their annual May Indianapolis Auction. It is the only known Demon GSS Painted factory TB3 “Petty Blue”. The new ‘72 twin snorkel hood, black stripes, and black bucket interior make for a stunning car. After several bidding rounds, this car hammered “Mecum Sold” at $165,000. Relive the thrilling auction of this classic Mopar on Mecum Auctions’ YouTube channel, where lot F112 rolled onto the red carpet in Indy in 2022.
